PP and PA wire extrusion

Romalp Industries members realize polypropylene and polyamide wire by extrusion.

Extrusion consists in a production process of technical textiles by which raw plastic material, polypropylene or polyamide, is melted and molten to turn into synthetic fibers under heating conditions. Then the extrusion screw forces the plastic material through a spinneret to gather the fibers and create wire.
